– Dr. Shu personally performs all vasectomy and vasectomy reversal procedures!
– We accept United Health Care, Aetna.
But we currently don’t accept BCBS, FL Blue, Cigna, Medicaid and Medicare.

Initial Consultation Fee for the Self Pay Hemorrhoids Patients
$390 prepayment is required for self pay hemorrhoids patients when scheduling the initial consultation.
