When calling the office, please refer to our New Office Hours for the main MN clinic. The clinic is closed Mondays and open Tuesday-Friday at 9 am.

– Chicago location operates limited hours.
– Dr. Shu personally performs all vasectomy and vasectomy reversal procedures!
– We accept the Blue Cross & Blue Shield (BCBS), Preferred One, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, but we don’t accept Medicaid and Medicare.

Due to the uncontrolled pandemic and other factors, we temporarily suspended our practice in the Chicago office.
